I bought one of these in April 08 – and the machine works fine. Just a note of warning – the jugs are quite fragile, and no replacement jugs are available to buy from the manufacturer, so I now have a coffee machine that it totally useless just a few months after I bought it.

Makes good coffee and keeps it just about hot enough. Water chamber is fiddly to fill up — I sometimes wonder if designers actually try out the products they have designed ??! The coffee pots manage to pour without spilling (a basic requirement which many machines fail to execute — back to those designers!). Overall we are pleased with it and would recommend it. The product arrived within a couple of days despite using the “standard” delivery — fantastic service.

We have been using this model for a number of years in the office and prior to buying this “cheap” coffee maker we have been through a number of much more expensive alternatives. However, none perform quite as well as this. Good value. We are on our second. Dont expect to get more than a couple of years out of it. Very useful feature is permanent filters, so no more paper filters!
