I WANTED TO REVIEW THIS AS ZERO STARS!! BUT THE AMAZON REVIEW SYSTEM MAKES YOU SELECT AT LEAST ONE!
The order from IJT took well over a week to arrive; in fact it was almost 2 weeks since first placing the order! And when It did come, it was NOT what was pictured, (which is 4 standard cartridges of normal size!).
What arrived was a ‘Value Pack’ with 4 small cartridges – exactly like the starter cartridges you get with the printer when new – and some 4×6 paper.
However, the real joke was that I WAS SENT WATER DAMAGED STOCK! Inside the plastic outer shell, the cardboard packaging was COMPLETELY SOAKED and the cartridges were starting to leak. To add to that – as other reviewers have said, THE CARTRIDGES WERE OUT OF DATE!
This is a completely shoddy company, trying to get your easy money by passing of on you, ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!!
I am willing to send photographs of this damage to anyone that requests them. So in essence: Would I recommend this Amazon Seller, (IJT Direct)? NO! Would I buy again from IJT Direct Ltd? NO!
Save yourself some hassle; buy from other sellers that may charge a bit more but actually send what you ordered, in a decent timeframe, and send quality goods!
HP have been contacted about this company by the way!

cartridges arrived promptly and in good condition but when i checked them they were out of date. i contacted seller who told me to return them with a freepost address in original envelope. they replaced cartridges by return post but i had the inconvenience of having to wait a week longer for ink and i needed to print. firm should be checking dates before despatch.

I received my order for Photosmart 364 ink cartridges promptly and had read one previous review about the expiry date so checked my order when it arrived, 2 of the 4 cartridges were out of date by 6 months. I phoned and they agreed to swap them but seemed surprised that I was bothered that they were out of date. My advice would probably be to order from else where as its too much hassle sending them back and then waiting for a replacement, when you’ve run out of ink you want it sooner rathert than later

I was a bit disappointed to find that my New Present off my Daughter required 5 Cartridges, Until Amazon came to the rescue, now my print cost no more than any-one elses, in comparison the same Cartridges cost me $45 + from a Crewe Stationery Retailer, The only downside that purchasing through Amazon was how long I had to wait for delivery, Reduce the delivery time (10 Days) and Amazon would be perfect. Product purchased a Pack of Major colours and Black for my H.P.Printer, HP364 Cartridges… Amazon have added a Bit of colour into my life without it costing the Earth. Thank You Amazon.
