I was excited to receive this product as a gift. I use a keyboard about 12 hours a day, and require a clean working environment. This product was a disappointment.

The design is awkward to hold. It takes up a lot of room, as it must be set on a flat surface (no wall mount). The brush/nozzle attachment doesn’t stay in the back of the unit like it is supposed to, and it goes flying every time I pick up the unit.

The suction is atrocious! I will see hair or a big piece of dusk on my keyboard and it simply will not suck it up. A quick exhale through rounded lips removes more dust that this useless thing.

Also, I’m a little bit worried that people are going to think it’s some sort of teledildonic device, being shaped the way it is and being plugged in to my computer. Just sayin’.

Recommended alternatives are cans of compressed air for deep dirt removal, and Swiffer Dusters for routine dust removal.

I bought this thinking it would be so handy to help get crumbs and dust out of drawers, cabinets and of course my desk area. The design is sleek and modern, the vacuuming capability is good (what you would expect from a dust buster). My only issue with the product, and it is a big one, is that the only way to charge it is by USB which means it has to live near my computer. My desk if cluttered enough without a mini vacuum on it, I really wish that the USB power supply was an option and not mandatory. If you have the space near your computer then you shouldnt have an issue, otherwise you may want to just want to look for another small vacuum.

Dirt Devil BD10000SLV KWIK Handheld Vacuum Cleaner and DetailerI bought this for our computers at home. It is not powerful nor will the brush attachment stay where it is supposed to stay. That is annoying. Although it is USB connected and attractive, it is not worth the money I paid for it.

Dirt Devil BD10000SLV KWIK Handheld Vacuum Cleaner and DetailerThis is advertised as a small hand perfect for cleaning small items, like keyboards. In reality its a small useless paperweight.

The unit doesnt have enuff power to clean crumbs from a counter, much less get the areas between the keys of a keyboard clean. I really havent

found anything thats its good at.

I received the kwik vacuum for Christmas and was elated. It seemed so perfect for someone like me, who shares their home computer station with a cat and likes to stay up late surfing and noshing.

I charged it up, and the next evening was ready to clean up popcorn crumbs and cat hair. I found it does not have the “juice” to accomadate someone like myself. There is not enough suction on this little vac. An air can duster would work just as well.

I also have recently taken inventory on all the items in my house that are plugged in, draining energy but not being used. I no longer keep cell phone chargers, toasters and the like plugged in while not in use. This vac needs to be plugged into a USB slot of your computer, wasting energy as it sits charging.

So unless you are a very clean person, and only want to remove a bit of dust, this is not the vac for you.
